At DMZ Paintball & Airsoft, we want to ensure you are fully equipped for your next match, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, all sales on pyrotechnics, paintballs, and airsoft BBs are final.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship to DMZ

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend using a tracked service for high-value markers and optics.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
